For any order over $200, you'll automatically be able to select our free standard delivery option when checking out.  

Can I collect my order?
Taken Care Of is an online store only, so all gift parcels are delivered directly to either you or your lucky recipient. Sit back and relax, we'll do the running around for you. 
What is the delivery timeline?
We work with a range of different courier services to make sure we get your gift parcel to the recipient in tip top condition and within the quickest timeline possible. 
Standard Delivery ($10 or FREE over $200): North Island: 1 - 2 business days. South Island 2 - 3 business days.
Overnight Delivery NZ - $15 (yes, even to remote locations as far south as Bluff) for business hours from Monday to Friday 
Same Day Delivery Auckland Central & North Shore Only - 3 Hours $25. 
Weekend deliveries are available upon request but unfortunately we don’t deliver on Public Holidays.
Please be aware that on the odd occasion there are courier delays that are outside our control, and delivery may take an extra day or two.
When you place your order, you will be sent a tracking link with the delivery details of your parcel, for your peace of mind.
I Need it delivered ON a specific Day

While we can't control the couriers (as much as we would like to!) we will do everything we can to have your gift delivered as close to this date as possible.  Let us know in the special requests what the occasion is (birthday, anniversary, etc.) and we'll add our custom-designed "DON'T OPEN UNTIL ____" sticker to the front of their package. 

What is the delivery timeline? I just received a Shipping confirmation but I requested my box to held for a later date! 
Our system automatically sends out a shipping notification with tracking details when your order has been packed. Don't fret, we'll hold onto this one for you in our warehouse until it's ready to be shipped on your specific date. 
Do you do weekend delivery?
Yes, we offer weekend delivery for special circumstances upon request. Please indicate you require weekend delivery by getting in touch at hello@takencareof.co.nz as you'll require a special shipping option. 
Do you ship internationally?
Shipping is currently within New Zealand only, but watch this space! We would love to hear from you if international delivery is of interest - hello@takencareof.co.nz 
How much will shipping cost?
We offer a variety of different rates based on your needs and situations. 
Standard Shipping - $10 nationwide (2-5 Working Days delivery)
Nationwide Overnight Delivery - $15 (Please note: Orders must be placed before 3pm on the previous day) 
Please allow an extra day for remote and rural locations.
Auckland Only 3 Hour Delivery - $25 (Please note: Orders must be placed before 3pm)

Can I send a card with the parcel?
Absolutely! We write your personal message by hand on our beautifully designed TCO cards free of charge. Please provide your message in the outlined section during checkout.
Can I buy items individually?
Yes! You can indeed. We know that you love our products and might only want to purchase something in particular - just use the build-a-box section to add and delete anything you would like (you can even remove the TCO packaging and box if you need)
