To our caring online customers,
I’m sure you will have noticed we’ve been a little quiet over the past few months. The last year for us was filled with incredible moments with our team and you, our customers. It was also filled with some moments of immense personal and professional heartache. So for once, rather than rush into the next big thing, we sat with it all; reflected, learnt, adapted and recharged.
This silence gave us the space to see where we as a community and a business want to journey to.
We’ve witnessed an incredible industry evolution since our first foray into the gift boxing market in 2017. We entered a world of traditional baskets, knowing we could do something bigger, something that reflected your emotions and style.
Six years later, we feel we’re on the verge of another distinct shift in the gifting landscape, which is why we’ve decided to reset our path and close our retail website on 12th August 2023.
Far from being the end of TCO, we will be providing a new service – as curators and creative consultants for our corporate clients.
Call it a shift in navigation, but compassed by the same values, purpose, and principles we hold dear.
To truly nurture connections, deepen relationships, and construct meaningful memories for our clients, it takes more than just a gift box. It requires sourcing products and experiences that make a positive difference, ones that truly resonate and move you. To do this, we need to focus our whole energy and time into growing where our values and story are taking us – for lack of a better phrase, giving us the space to think outside of the box.
Being part of your big moments isn’t lost on us. It's remarkable how the act of giving can foster a sense of familiarity and connection with people we've never met. As a company, we've been privileged to be part of some of your most intimate and special moments through your generosity and care.
It's a humbling experience to think that even though we may not have met face-to-face, we're still connected by a shared ethos of care, empathy and friendship. If you’ve been with us since the very beginning or only recently joined this caring community, we'd be honoured if you'd join us as we take another stride in our journey.
